Home Buyers “Fast Track” Program

This program is offered one Saturday per month and provides a complete series of seven (7) workshops of home buyers information.  Completing all seven classes and meeting income guidelines for the down-payment assistance programs helps a family become eligible for down payment assistance. 

Membership Fees

There is a membership fee of $60 for individuals and $75 for couples and families. Members receive many benefits including down payment assistance, homeownership workshops and counseling.
